Our collection is available to hire for the duration of your event. We will usually set up the morning of your event (sometimes the day before depending on access) and collection is the next day. If you would like to hire the items for longer than one day we can discuss this with you. Extended hire may come with an additional fee.

Included in the hire price is full set up and styling of your chosen décor so that you can relax on the morning of your big day. Also included is delivery and collection within a 15-mile radius from CH4 (Delivery charges apply to locations beyond 15 miles).

We’re based in Chester (CH4), but cover the North West and North Wales, including Cheshire, Liverpool, Manchester and Oswestry.

The first 15 miles of travel is free, after this we charge 50p per mile for every additional mile. 

We cover the North West of England and North Wales. We may consider venues further afield but there will be an increased minimum order value. 

On some of our collection we may offer a dry hire service, whereby you can collect and drop off the items. Please contact us for more information on which items are included.

We do not have a showroom; all of our props are packaged and stored which helps us to keep our costs low for our clients. We exhibit at wedding fairs regularly so that future couples can come along to see our collection in person. Please email us if you would like to know which wedding fairs we are attending.

Yes, we have a minimum order value of £600 excluding any delivery and set up costs.

Yes, once we have confirmed your décor we require a 25% deposit to secure the date and your items. The remainder of your balance can be paid in instalments or in full 4 weeks before your event date. If your event is less than 4 weeks away when booking, we require full payment upon booking.
